This, my friend, is a clickwrap agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>So, what&#8217;s the difference, and why should you care?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Clickwrap Agreements: The Digital Pinky Promise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Definition:<\/strong> A clickwrap agreement requires users to actively click a button or checkbox to show they agree to the terms. So, which agreement is the best fit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clickwrap agreements are generally the safer choice. They offer greater protection for your business, and they&#8217;re less likely to cause confusion or frustration for your customers.
